NanoPORE™ Advanced Lightweight Aerated Concrete (NLAC) also known by various names like Foam Concrete, Foamed Concrete, or Cellular Lightweight Concrete (CLC). Despite the different terminologies, they all share a common core principle: the use of pre-formed foam to create a lightweight, cellular structure within a cementitious matrix. NLAC represents the pinnacle of this technology, utilizing advanced materials and precise control to achieve superior performance.
At its heart, NLAC is a homogeneous, stable composite created by meticulously blending two key components:
The quality and stability of the final NLAC product depend overwhelmingly on the quality of the foam and the efficiency of the mixing process.
The slurry provides the structural strength and matrix. Its composition can be adjusted based on the required density and application of the final NLAC product:
This is the technological heart of the process. The foam is not created by chemical reactions in the mix but is manufactured separately using a dedicated Foam Generator (Aerator). It is formed by combining three elements:
The quality of this foam—specifically the stability and size of the bubbles—is critical to the final properties of NLAC.

Our NC Aerator is a compact all-in-one Foam Generating machine that comprises Air Compressor, water pump, foaming agent pump. It produces accurate and consistent density of foam and also able to adjust the foam density in 1 gm/lit.
Our additives consists of Aerating Agents, Foam Stabilisers, Shrinkage crack reducers, etc. Our additives enhances the quality of the NLAC and helps maintain the consistency in density and other properties of concrete.
