Nanocrete’s NC Aerator IN is a ready to use aerating system with integrated air compressor that produces fine bubbles. No additional requirements are necessary to run this system.
The machine works fully automatic, therefore no manual dilution of water and aerating agent is necessary and the foam can be produced continuously. The whole system runs using a compact air compressor and is producing a very strong foam bubble membrane. The system is developed by Nanocrete Technologies for the worldwide unique advanced aerating agent NC Aerating Agent.
Nanocrete’s NC Aerator IN is equipped also with a Siemens PLC. This is enabling the easy adaption into existing and new concrete batching plants or ready-mix concrete plants.
An automatic cleaning system is also part of the machine. Thus the cleaning of the system takes place at the touch of a button, avoiding troublesome manual cleaning.
The foam density can be adjusted precisely by 1 g/l.
